All the programs I participate were amazing for my journey. The world needs more programs like the Women’s Resilience offer, I wish young women (teens) can have access to similar programs too.

We’re Here For You

The Women’s Resilience Centre delivers a trauma-sensitive and holistic program for women who have experienced domestic violence, grief, or deep loss. We are caring to the core.

The programs focus on providing knowledge and skills to become self-sufficient, build confidence, self-esteem and personal agency. This can be achieved through the delivery of a range of workshops and activities, as well as access to one-on-one mentors, advisors and career development opportunities over a protracted period of time to support long term recovery.

The programs comprise of a number of elements from which participants can choose depending on their needs and particular stage in their journey of recovery.

We’re a community of people who understand, who can relate, and who know that recovery and resilience can be found through judgement free, peer-to-peer support.
